With more than 35 years of professional tax experience, Phil represents a wide range of clients, including healthcare entities, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and construction and real estate firms. Before joining JPMS Cox in 2004, Phil was a partner and director of tax services for Deloitte & Touche in Little Rock, the U.S. accounting arm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Phil is active in civic and community matters, having served on the boards of Baptist Health, and Metropolitan YMCA, and the Arkansas Arts Center, among others. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Education

He worked for Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Little Rock before forming Jeffrey Phillips Mosley & Scott, P.A. in 1987, which expanded to JPMS Cox, PLLC in 2004.

Steven specializes in manufacturing and agricultural entities as well as financial institutions and employee benefit plans. Steven is responsible for overseeing the firm’s employee benefit plan practice and the Small Business Services department. Steven currently serves on the executive committee as the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. David serves on the board of Just Communities of Central Arkansas, City Year of Little Rock/North Little Rock, American Red Cross of Greater Arkansas and serves as chairman of the UALR American Humanics Nonprofit Professional Studies Advisory Council.
